FOOD:
1. Try to eat 1,000 calories or less. If you want really fast weight loss, 500 calories a day.
2. Stay away from processed foods if all possible. Try to stay organic.
3. Drink about 5 bottles of water a day, the more the merrier.
HYGIENE:
1. Bathe every day, and wash your hair when needed. (Depending on the oiliness of your hair.)
2. Brush your teeth in the morning and at night. If you want, you can do it in the afternoon to. (My schooling interferes with this)
3. Use acne wash, and never skip any prescription acne medication
LOOKS
1. Wear makeup that looks good on you. If you look best without makeup, go for it hon
2. Wear nice clothes. Skirts, Dresses, Skinny Jeans, Quality shirts. If you look good girly: dress that way. If you are more of an emo/gothish person, wear that.
3. Fake it until you make it. Act like you’re skinny. Be confident, that makes you look better.

Guess what? It’s almost summer! The temperatures are rising and all the pretty skinny girls are wearing dresses. But hey, who’s that in the big hoodie and baggy jeans, trying to hide their fatty belly pudge and their fat thighs?! It’s you!
You promised yourself to commit to you weightloss journey, you promised yourself to count calories, eat right and exercise a lot! But you slipped, oh, you slipped so many times. Crisps, they won’t hurt anyone, you told yourself. An ice cream today? Just a little bit over your limit, but that’s right, because everyone binges from time to time, right.
But you were lying to yourself and to us all along, because you stopped counting calories, you binged almost every other day. And now… you’re disappointed in yourself? You’re surprised why you’re still not skinny? You better heal that wound with a chocolate bar and a can of soda!
They laugh at you bevause of your weight? You can’t go sundress shopping without crying? But that’s all only your fault, boo boo! You’re the one who kept overeating, who kept snacking on sweets!
Aren’t you a worthless lying piece of shit?
But! I have some good news for you. You still have a month left to summer holiday! And you can make it count right now! Fill a bottle with clear water. If that’s not enough for you, you can put a few drops of lemon juice. Or make a cup of green tea. Drink it. And go for a run. Who cares if you’re slow! You’re still lagging everyone on the couch. Or you can do some cardio at home. YouTube is full of them. Eat you veggies! Good luck, you fat potato, you’ll need it.
My do’s and dont’s when i want to binge
DO
+ do my hair
+ take a shower or bath
+ chug a water bottle
+ do my eyebrows
+ look at thinspo then look at myself
+ read meanspo
+ think about how excited i’ll be when i lose all the weight
+do a small work out
+ clean my house!! ( this is a big one that really helps and it burns calories )
+ have sex with my bf ( also burns calories and makes you tired )
+ take a nap
+ organize my closet
+ shop on ebay ( i like to shop for things like phone cases because they’re under $1 and theres sooo many so its time consuming to pick )
+ * if you live at home* ask to help with any chores
+ fake tan ( also makes you feel good about your body )
+ make lists ( about anything, things you want or want to do, randoms things like your favourite places to shop ect ) it’ll keep you busy
+ if all else fails i’ll go to cleaning, i make sure every room is spotless, i break a sweat, takes hours and i wont even think about food or feel hungry.
DONT
- watch tv or netflix ( im doing nothing and im bored so i eat
- chew gum ( it makes you even more hungry )
- drink anything but water! this is a biggie for me, juice will make me crave food thats sweet )
- “just a nibble” a nibble turns into a bite, then 2 then a plate. HAVE SOME WILL POWER
- think negative. “whats the point, im still fat” NONONONO
- sit on my phone ( again it makes you bored and you’ll want to snack )
- stay up later than 10pm ( im sooooo hungry at night, its my worst enemy )
