♡ diet ♡
1. always plan out your intake for the day.
2. never go over 1000 cals in one day. lower is better.
3. if you don’t know the calories in a food, don’t eat it.
4. do not eat large quantities of food in front of others.
5. no animal products.
♡ cleanliness ♡
1. you must always smell nice, by using deodorant, perfumes, and body mist.
2. bathe daily.
3. your room must be kept clean and tidy.
4. all visible body hair must be shaved or waxed.
♡ health ♡
1. brush your teeth in the morning, afternoon, and night.
2. no less than 8 hours of sleep a night.
3. wake up at 5:30 am on school days, and 7 am on weekends.
4. wash your face twice a day.
5. medication and skin care can never be skipped.
♡ exercise ♡
1. take more than 10,000 steps each day.
2. exercise for 30 minutes a day at minimum.
3. missed exercise must be made up in the next day.
♡ personality ♡
1. apart from your ana buddies, you must never talk about your eating habits.
2. never complain.
3. it doesn’t matter if you have it together, as long as you look it.
4. show no signs of weakness.
♡ education ♡
1. anything less than an A is unacceptable.
2. study for tests and quizzes for an hour at minimum.
3. pay attention in class.
♡ style ♡
1. wear jeans only 2 days a week, anything else is dresses or skirts.
2. put effort into your outfits, you must always look presentable.
3. apart from your immediate family, you must never be seen without your hair and makeup done.
4. never wear dirty, ripped, or broken clothes/jewellery.

Princesses are human too; you slap this much expectation on yourself and you’re just setting yourself up to fail. No one will hate you for that except yourself. So why screw yourself over? Why are we promoting ridiculous things just to give impressionable people mental break downs? Is that what you cool kids are doing these days? It’s gross and we should be over that by now. Do what makes you happy, work towards bettering yourself however you want, and accept that failing is half the process.
And you don’t have to shave your legs every day and starve to be worth something, oh my god.

How I already lost 18 lbs :
- I drink usually 2L of water a day, plus tea 🍵
- I try to weigh myself once a week, usually on mondays. Not knowing your weight keeps me from transgressing my food plan.
- I sleep a lot. It helps when all you can think about is food and binging, and it’s good for the skin.
- I have a diet plan. I plan all my meals after a meal, when to go the the grocery and what to buy.
- I move every day, I have a routine before going to bed + walking 2 miles during 30 minutes everyday. 🚶
- I try to think about something else. If I’m bored, I will think about diet, food, and probably binge.
- If I’m about to binge I use to call a friend.
- I don’t buy things that I know I won’t stop eating until the packet’s empty.
- I usually eat between 200 and 550 kcal. Eating less doesn’t make me hungry, but when I eat that amount I already feel guilty so I cannot binge.
- I have a daily countdown to the day I’ll be at my UGW.
- I look at old pictures of me, seeing how fat I was.
- I NEVER eat any sugar. Never.
- I try to stay cheerful :)

I do not, and never will, promote the use of fasting or eating disorders for weight loss. That being said, i have 6k followers who probably do those things so here is some VERY IMPORTANT fast and diet safety!!! a lot of this people probably know but its worth saying again!!

Fast hours
- do not fast over 36 hours, because your body looks for protein and breaks down muscle which is very dangerous, consitering the heart is a muscle
- 12 hour fasts are good, not too difficult, and safe
While fasting…
- do not exersize. Your body is already using up all of your fat and energy, you will pass out and its not safe. take it easy, drink some tea.
- if you really want to exercise, do some light stretching.
- drink lots of liquids, plenty of water and green tea/tea in general is great
- do not do any huge, stressful tasks. if you have a huge work project, try not to stress yourself too much because that can lead to bingeing and breaking your fast. Once again, take it easy. Also, your performance will be hindered and you will not have nearly as much energy, so don’t fast the day you are performing in a play, taking an exam, etc.
When to stop
- even if you feel OK, stop once you hit 36 hours.
- if you feel nauseous, chest pains, sudden increased or decreased heart rate, trouble breathing, dizziness, or feel like you are going to faint, stop immediately. Weakness is normal, but sudden and extreme weakness is very dangerous and a sign you should stop immediately.
- if you are feeling something not described before but you feel very, very, wrong and ill, stop. better safe than sorry.
after a fast
- you have safely finished your less than 36 hour fast and feel fine! Don’t throw yourself immediatly into normal eating, start with liquids (soup, stew, applesauce, yogurt) and ease back into your normal schedule.
- dont throw yourself into a fast too soon after, you will wreck your metabolism. Wait at least a week before you feel like you have regained strength and your eating patterns are normal.
- sports drinks like powerade and gatorade are good for replenishing energy and electrolytes.
other things to remember
- drink lots of liquids, lots and lots of water
- don’t stress too much. It’s gonna be ok :)
- stop when your body tells you too stop
